Advert like any other?

Sony are at it again with their new release of 'Domino City.' The commercial was created not by Fallon but by advertising company 'Bates 141 Singapore'. The ad features 8 foot tall coloured dominos working their way through India to the iconic Taj Mahal in Agra. The advert is visually stunning, however with the combination of bright colours and dominos i cant help but feel that i have seen it all before. The use of bright colours has been portrayed in spectacular fashion before with Balls, Paint and Bunny. And with Guinness recently using the domino effect in their Tipping Point ad, that was then ripped off by Pot Noodle and not to mention Cog!. These examples alone, to me, make the advert feel 'done'. However thats my opinion and im no more than a spotty little student, so who cares! Its a visually entertaining 60 seconds and is shot in the amazing India!
